Find these in your Customer Portal under PBX → Extensions:

Troubleshooting
Common Issues
Phone won't register
Verify credentials match exactly (username is extension number only). Check that the SIP server domain is correct. Ensure port 5060/5061 is not blocked by firewall.
No incoming calls
Check that your DID is routed to this extension in the portal. Verify NAT settings if phone is behind a router.
No audio / one-way audio
Enable STUN or configure your router for SIP ALG. Ensure RTP ports (10000-20000) are open. Try disabling SIP ALG on your router.
TLS connection fails
Ensure phone firmware supports TLS. Use port 5061 and verify transport is set to TLS, not UDP.
