Troubleshooting

Common Issues

"Registration Failed" or "401 Unauthorized"

Double-check your username and password. The username is just the extension number (e.g., 100), not the full SIP address.

No Audio / One-Way Audio

Ensure your firewall allows UDP ports 5060 and 10000-20000 (RTP). If behind NAT, enable STUN with server stun.l.google.com:19302.

TLS Connection Fails

Make sure you're using port 5061 and the transport is set to TLS/TCP, not UDP.
