CNAM (Caller Name) is a database lookup that displays your business name on the called party's phone. Here's the process:
Register Your Name
Submit your business name (max 15 chars) through our portal
Database Update
We register your name in the national CNAM database
Lookup on Call
When you call, the receiving carrier looks up your number
Name Displayed
Your business name shows on the customer's phone
Note: CNAM display depends on the receiving carrier's support. Some mobile carriers and VoIP services may not display CNAM.
